In 1984, two family members decided to set up a small joinery workshop in a shed out the back of the family orchard.
Manufacturing bespoke furniture and remodelling items for family and friends, Al soon saw there was a larger market to tap into.
Before too long, Al realized the team had outgrown the shed, so decided to take a gamble and move to the commercial property Creative Kitchens & Interiors still occupy today. Due to high demand, the need arose to expand the team.
Over the years, the team have continued to provide an ever growing client base with high end kitchens and bespoke furniture.
In late 2015, Sean took over the ownership of the company. With 32 years’ experience behind him, Sean has retained the ethos of the company and also brought his own diverse skill set with him to take the business into a wider market place.
The backbone of Creative Kitchens & Interiors is the meticulous skill of our craftsmen, who bring a rich knowledge of cabinetry, building and traditional craft techniques to every project we work on. We work by hand, with a broad range of materials, both native and internationally sourced. This skill base has been realized by hundreds of clients and taken the Creative Kitchens & Interiors name worldwide.
All of our work is protected by our personal quality guarantee– in 36 years, we have never had an item returned due to poor workmanship. We stay in contact with past clients to ensure our work retains its original aesthetic and functionality. These clients have grown with us, and we are proud to say we now see 2nd and 3rd generations coming to us for their joinery requirements.
